Different kinds of flange mount bearing units

Riccotek offer you different kinds of flange mount bearing units like take up units, cartridge types mounted units, flange mount ball bearing, light duty types, rubber mounted units, pressed bearing housing.

Take Up Units 

Used where center of main shaft requires free alignment. Features cast-iron housing, narrow or wide slot, wide inner ring bearing and dual seals. Set screw units have two set screws 120° apart in the inner ring. Triple lip seals (R3 suffix) optional. 

Cartridge Types Mounted Units 

Setscrew units have two setscrews 120° apart in the inner ring. Eccentric locking collar units provide locking for one-directional applications. 

Flange Mount Ball Bearing

 A round shape for mounting, either arranged radially around the bearing axis at 120 degrees from each other, or on a triangular flange that is offset from the bearing axis. 

Light Duty Types Bearing

Light duty, eccentric locking collar type with narrow inner ring bearing.

Rubber Mounted Units 

Conductive rubber interliner helps dissipate static and reduce noise and vibration. Setscrew units have two setscrews 120° apart in the inner ring. Eccentric locking collar units provide locking for one-directional applications. 

Pressed Bearing Housing

Lightweight, pressed steel unit used in machinery applications with low rotating speed or light load. Features zinc-plated housing, narrow inner ring bearing and full cover metal-shroud seals.
